■Closing Date and Time May 7, 2026 12:00 p.m. - May 8, 2026 15:00 p.m. ■Accommodations Both the single and twin rooms will be closed on May 7. They will reopen from 15:00 p.m. on May 8. ■Luggage storage service will be available until 15:00 p.m on May 7. Service will resume at 10:00 a.m. on May 8. ■Check-in and check-out times May 7, 2026 : check-out time 11:00 a.m(maximum 12:00 p.m. ) May 8, 2026 : check-in time 15:00 p.m *Early check-in is not available. *Guests who have booked a standard single room on the top floor (29th floor) can enter the room from 2:00 p.m. ■Breakfast venues "The Garden", "Ootoya"and "Couleur" May 7, 2026 : Normal business hours May 8, 2026 : Closed for breakfast (6:30 a.m.～10:00 a.m. ) ■The SPA Facilities May 7, 2026 : Closes at 23:00 (final reception: 22:30 ) May 8, 2026 : 9:30 a.m. ～ 2:00 a.m. (final reception: 1:30 a.m.) ■Relaxation Service May 7,2026 -closed We appreciate your understanding.

Change of check-out time and room cleaning Change of check-out time and room cleaning Thank you for choosing our hotel. We would like to inform you of the revice of some of our services from April 2, 2025 as follows. ■Check-out time
by 10:00a.m. → by 11:00a.m. The additional charge for late check-out service until 12:00 noon will be as follows. [S Building] 1,000 yen per room [T Building] 2,000 yen per room ■Room cleaning service In principle, room cleaning for consecutive nights will be changed to towel change and garbage collection only (eco-cleaning) without entering the room. 1.Basically, we do not enter your room to clean, change or replenish sheets during your stay. 2.If you stay 4 consecutive nights or more, we will enter your room to clean once every 3 days for sanitary reasons. 3.When you wish to have the room cleaning service, please put the designated tag at the door by 11:00 a.m. We appreciate your understanding. -
